What ingredients are needed to make beer, how beer used to be brewed and what equipment was used, what Steinbach Bräu is all about, and why Erlangen was once considered a beer city with over 20 breweries – you can learn all this and more on a tour of the exhibition.

Guided tours

Guided tours are available by arrangement. The flat rate is €70.
Number of participants: minimum 10, maximum 30 people.
Starts at 5 or 6 p.m., other times by arrangement.
